DELIVERY + RETURNS

Postage

You will only pay one delivery charge per order, regardless of how many packages this requires.  Free postage is offered on orders of £30.00 and over (inc. VAT).  Delivery methods are tailored for individual orders and will not be negatively affected by the postage cost on your order.   

Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods the same or next working day after payment is received.  Our usual delivery method is Royal Mail first class post.  We also use Royal Mail standard parcel and special courier services for larger items.   

It may be the case that it will arrive with you in more than one package, if this is anticipated, we will let you know.  We will make every effort to ensure your order is with you as quickly as possible, and we will keep you updated of your order status. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.  Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery days or times and cannot be held accountable for delays by the postal service or courier. 

If an item is unexpectedly of stock and will take longer to despatch, we will let you know as soon as possible so that you can choose if you wish to continue with the order.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Tiger Cub Stationery + Craft shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from Tiger Cub Stationery + Craft then you have 28 working days to do so. 

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.  Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

If you change your mind, you have 28 working days to return your item to us, unfortunately we are unable to reimburse postage costs in this event but will process the apprpriate product refund amount upon receipt.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.  The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.  If the goods returned are not in a satisfactory condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund as opposed to full product refund.

In the event of any return, please email enquires@tiger-cub.co.uk in advance so that we can expect your items and process refunds or exchanges more swiflty.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order prior to dispatch with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken.  Please advise of any cancellation request via email to enquiries@tiger-cub.co.uk as soon as possible.  If your order has already been dispatched you are welcome to return the products to us as outlined above, however no delivery reimbursement can be offered in this instance.
